Tai Chi for Better Living
An eight-week tai chi series that explores the fundamental principles and basic movements of the ancient Chinese art of tai chi. Emphasis will be placed on posture, relaxation, and the stress reduction process. Using the Simplified 24 Forms Tai Chi Routine as the base, each week the instructor will focus on a specific topic and explain how to incorporate tai chi into your overall wellness strategy. This class is appropriate for beginners & involves a lot of body movement.
