Slow Paced Fitness Hike on Paved Hicks Haul Road
This "out-and-back" hike travels the 3.5 mile route at a pace around 2 to 3 mph, to scenic Loma Ridge [800' elevation gain] and back down. The pace is perfect for people just starting their fitness program or who just like a conversational pace - it's OK to go faster. You may wear regular running or walking shoes. It will be dark for most of the hike - a red-tinted flashlight is optional. Please bring adequate water! This activity requires registration at www.letsgooutside.org/activities.
