Natural Breathing & Stress Reduction with Ryan Lee
Class is intended for teens and adults who are interested in building a solid foundation of breathing and breath awareness practice. Students will be introduced to the fundamental skills associated with Natural Breathing. Based on the work of Dennis Lewis, students will gradually progress through a series of breathing-based exercises that build upon one another allowing the student to develop greater mind-body awareness and breath-spirit connection.
