Smiling Monkey Yoga Presents: Yoga for Kids Ages 6-12
This is a great class where your kids can forget about homework and just accept themselves for who they are from the inside out. Your kids will learn how to relax and breathe and incorporate yoga into their daily lives. They will also gain self-confidence, strength and increase their flexibility. Parents are welcome to participate as well!
