Our CSM course offers a detailed examination of the Scrum project lifecycle and the ScrumMaster role, going beyond the basic definitions to focus on how to achieve success as a ScrumMaster and with Scrum. Course delivery is varied for optimal learning, with activities ranging from case study analyses and in-depth lectures to hands-on exercises and interactive games.

Courses typically run from 9am to 5pm, though the exact hours may vary. Continental breakfast and lunch are provided and are included in the course price. These informal breaks are outstanding opportunities to visit and network with your trainer and classmates.

This course is appropriate for team members, stakeholders, ScrumMasters, managers, product owners, and anyone who wants to understand what agile and Scrum are all about. Though no agile experience is required, some experience managing projects is helpful.

About the Instructor
Scott Dunn is an Agile Coach with BigVisible. He is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and ScrumMaster (CSM) with more than 15 years of experience in management, project management (PMP), engagement management, and software development (MCSD).
Scott has experience in social media, systems integration, mortgage banking, healthcare, entertainment, defense, staffing, e-commerce, and public sector while working with Fortune 500, Inc 500, and start-up companies. He has helped coach and train dozens of organizations transitioning to an Agile approach using Scrum. Scott is also the founder of the Orange County APLN.
