Although this is clearly the hot spot of OC nightlife for teens, Irvine Spectrum become so overgrown from (perhaps what was originally planned was not intended to be of this scale), that the businesses are disorganized and the parking doesn't support the complex. You have to walk (or take a shuttle) a far distance to get from your parking spot to the destination. I remember when the Spectrum theater opened over 10 years ago...it was a humongous stand alone theater with kiosk vendors and now it's a megaplex mini city. This suburban sprawl style of land development just boggles my mind!
