Alejandra Guzmán, will perform at the Special Events Center on Saturday, February 25th.

Guzmán recorded her debut album Bye Mama in 1988, which gave way for her first of many hits, “La plaga.” In 1990 the songstress made it big, with the song “Eternamente Bella”, which became a number one hit in Mexico and other Latin countries. The song is considered a classic by many Spanish rock fans.

Guzmán won her first Latin Grammy Award in 2002 for Best Rock Solo Vocal Album for Soy. In 2006, she released… Show more the award winning, double-platinum album, Indeleble. It won Album of the Year and Guzmán nabbed the award for Best Female Pop Vocal. One of her best known songs, Volverte a amar, is from that album. The hit made it all the way to the #1 spot on the Hot Latin Pop Airplay chart.
