Understanding & Managing Email

Email has become part of everyday life with millions being sent daily.  Setting up email accounts, understanding how they work, accessing email, working with outlook, setting up groups, online email, POP,SMTP, IMAP, spam, phishing etc. will all be covered on the course.  There will be a strong focus on Microsoft Outlook.
