Everyday First Aid

An emergency can happen to any one of us, at any time, and the care given before emergency medical help arrives can literally mean the difference between life and death.
Delivered by the British Red Cross, this two hour session will look at basic first aid skills and how to deal with a situation in any setting.  The session provides a flexible way of learning basic first aid skills that are simple to learn and easy to remember, meaning that all levels of ability can participate.

This course is offered free of charge to voluntary and community groups, however it is requested that a voluntary donation of £3 is made to the British Red Cross on the day.
