Our cooking style mainly comes from the Northern Caribbean part of Honduras. It represents the authentic lifestyle of this region, which makes our food and concept an exceptional experience. The historical fusion was created by the combination of unique elements brought from Spain, Africa, and the Caribbean, then merged with the existing Honduran indigenous elements.
