Society for the Performing Arts (SPA) will present “Preserving a Legacy: A Tribute to Houston’s Blues,” a concert at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 29 at Jones Hall, 615 Louisiana St., Houston. Performers include Houston’s own blues legends Grady Gaines and the Texas Upsetters, Milton Hopkins, Texas Johnny Brown, Trudy Lynn, Ray Brown and the Kashmere Reunion Stage Band. Tickets $25-$35.
