If you don't have time for the three-session class (4093), learn the basics of mixing, kneading, and baking great tasting bread. Discover what secrets artisan bread bakers around the world know. All handouts for the three-session class will be provided. The first hour will be for you only. Thomas Haney is a classroom teacher by profession. He recently retired from full-time teaching and moved back to Houston to pursue another passion, bread baking. In addition to a master's in music, he graduated (with honors) with a culinary degree in baking and pastry, specializing in breads. He is an award-winning baker and has many enthusiastic customers.
