WHAT: Susan G. Komen Houston Race for the Cure®
WHEN: October 3, 2009 – Opening Ceremonies begin at 7:45am
WHO: Over 30,000 Race goers from across the country
WHERE: Sam Houston Park Downtown
WHY: The Houston Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure® uses their annual Race for the Cure® to raise funds for breast cancer research and grants which help families of breast cancer survivors get the treatment and support they need.
