'Elua

'Elua means "Two" in Hawaiian. Twosomes are the 'Elua signature:
- Two well-known chefs.
- Two unique cooking styles.
- Carefully chosen parings - special wines perfectly suited to 'Elua dishes. In fact, for some dishes, two superb wine alternatives are offered.

The menu is really two menus. You may choose from Chef Donato's side or chef Philippe's side. The chefs alternate nights at the restaurant and the kitchen staff is cross-trained in each chef's dishes.
