Overlooking Honolulu Harbor, the 295-seat casual, yet sophisticated space designed by Mary Philpotts includes a wine bar, a private dining room for up to 50 people and features such dishes as Grilled Dayboat Catch, Rotisserie Chicken with a plum wine sauce, a house-smoked Chinese Duck Salad with poached egg, pancetta and frisee, an American Kobe Beef Bavette with shallot sauce and curried fries, and the classic Tarte Tatin flavored with Li Hing Mui.
