Hans Eberbach is a singer/songwriter who got his start in the 90's signing to Columbia records as the front man for Sacramento based Sweet Vine. He has written music for film and television and released a solo album, "Up Is The Only Way Out". He fronted Looking Star and R&B/soul/funk sensation, The Nibblers, which now perform as JOY&MADNESS.
