Exhibit Grand Opening features a fascinating look at the role of food in the 19th century, from field to table. There will also be Food Samples created from 19th century recipes! Bonus! And for the First Time In Print, the Museum is proud to present "Antebellum Recipes Of A Southern Lady" a never before seen collection of recipes over 150 years old collected by Mary Burwell Strudwick, daughter of Robert and Anna Burwell, showcasing 19th century original recipes and their modern equivalents.
