Composer and electric cellist Gideon Freudmann enjoys an international reputation for his innovative compositions and unique style of playing, inspired by the best of classical, modern, jazz, and blues traditions. Freudmann's music has been heard on television soundtracks and NPR, and he has produced 17 CDs. This afternoon, Freudmann will be providing live accompaniment to Buster Keaton's silent film classic Sherlock Junior .
