ZAAL - This room allows a wide range of artists and styles by its variety of line-ups: Standing (2000 standing places): Novastar, Orlando 'Cachaito' Lopez, Buju Banton, Lais, Neil Finn, David Byrne. Seater (730 seats): Sigur Rós, Kristin Hersh, Henri Rollins Spoken Word. Semi-seater (430 seats + 700 standing places): Bebel Gilberto, Nitin Sawhney, Goldfrapp, Baaba Maal. ABCLUB - The Club is a breeding-ground for both international and local up-and-coming talent: David Poe, Pieter-Jan Desmet, Stephen Malkmus, Grandaddy, Groove Armada, Victoria Williams. AB regularly cooperates with record companies that want to invest in new talent by setting up a showcase in the Club.

AB Box - A new hall. A new formula. A particular atmosphere.
The AB is opening a new concert hall on Octobre the 3rd 2002! No, we did not move to another place, not after the thorough renovation works in the period 1992-1996. We still are at the same, familiar address: 110 Boulevard Anspach. In the belly of the AB, the big hall, we created a completely new hall with a particular, intimate atmosphere and a new formula giving space to 800 (standing) music lovers. Its name: the ABBOX.
The ABBOX is the answer to a demand for a pop/rock concert hall of exactly that capacity in the Brussels area. There simply are no comparable halls at this moment. The ABBOX will also enable us to better meet our statutory duties: discover local talents, launch their career and watch them grow from the ABClub (capacity: 250) to the ABBOX (capacity: 800) up to the big hall (capacity: 2000). The intermediate step used to be an artistic deficiency. It also means that the AB will be even more multi-functional. We will be able to welcome both the artist and the public in the best possible circumstances. All this added up to the standard AB qualities: the excellent acoustics and the public's comfort. We nearly forgot the most attractive feature: a fixed ticket price of 16 EURO. The democratic ticket price of 10 EURO for a ABClub concert, has proven for some years now that this principle can be successful.
