Join South Texas College, and co-hosts The Dorados, The City of Hidalgo, Bud Light, Dodge Arena, Security First, the South Padre Island Bike Fest, Rio Grande Valley Harley Davison, Harley Owners Group, Team McAllen Cycling and Shell Oil for the first-ever Appetite For Education Cook-Off to raise funds for STC's General Scholarship Fund.
Sanctioned by the International Bar-B-Que Cookers Association (IBCA), 50 teams will cook up fajitas, chicken, pork ribs, brisket, cobbler and beans.
