The Other Energies

Alternative energy is any form of energy that does not come from fossil fuels. Examples are solar energy, wind energy, geothermal energy and hydroelectric energy. It is important for scientists to continue their research into alternatives energies because fossil fuels are non-renewable and will eventually run out. Alternative energy sources are renewable forms of energy, meaning they are constantly being replenished and will never run out.
