Polly's Pies Restaurant

The story of Polly’s Pies Restaurants began in 1968 when brothers Don and Eddie Sheldrake opened a little space in Fullerton called Polly’s Pie Palace. It served just pies, coffee and sandwiches. But it was a hit. And soon Don and Eddie and their growing team of associates enlarged the space to accommodate more guests and more menu items.

What are some of the things that make Polly’s unique? For starters, each and every Polly’s makes from scratch and bakes in its own ovens all the loaves of bread, muffins, cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls, corn bread, cookies, and pies that it sells.

Also, Polly’s breakfast, lunch and dinner menus have an array of creative entrees designed and tested to assure broad appeal. There are old time favorites and new, created-just-for-Polly’s specials. And the price for both is always right!

After over 40 years in the foodservice business, Polly’s attributes its success, however modest by big chains’ standards, to the loyalty of its guests, many of whom are from the second, third, and even fourth generations of families who have considered Polly’s to be among their favorite restaurants.
