Chabot Community College Performing Arts Center

The Hayward Arts Council and the Art Association of the East Bay, Inc. Present: the Hayward Band Festival & Tri City Art Exhibit. A celebratory performance, featuring noted guest conductors showcasing how students grow as they progress through elementary, middle and high school music programs. Artwork by Fremont, Hayward, Newark, and Union City students will be on exhibit. The event is free and open to the public. Special guest: Alameda County Supervisor Gail Steele, District 2.
