Homeowners in the Bellegrass neighborhood are partnering with their neighbors, Oak Grove Lower Elementary, to provide families an opportunity to welcome Spring. The festival will be an outdoor event that will include fun, food, and shopping! Artists of handmade arts and crafts are invited to share their works The school will have many carnival type activities for the children to enjoy. Also, a student art exhibit will be open for public viewing.
3,000 attendees expected.
