Please join us for a gentle yoga class for adults. Chair yoga is done while seated on a chair, and students can do yoga movements in a safe and effective way to exercise for any age and level of health or mobility. Seniors or those needing a gentle exercise program can benefit from this class, but all are welcome to join. Presented by Felise Berman of Shiva Shanti Yoga School.
