HackensackUMC Offers Prepared Childbirth Classes

HackensackUMC offers a Prepared Childbirth class for the expectant mother and her support person for the birthing experience. Topics include: the process of labor and birth, coaching skills, breathing and relaxation, anesthesia, vaginal and cesarean birth. It is recommended to take class four-to-six weeks prior to estimated delivery date. Payment must be received 10 days before class begins. Class is held over two days, July 15 and 22, for a total of 12 hours.
