Tara Garland is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher and Relax and Renew restorative yoga-trained. Classes are 1 hr & 15 min of various Hatha/Iyengar Improv sequences designed to provide a well-balanced practice. Modifications are offered to make asanas(poses) more approachable or more challenging for a student at any level.
