9th annual Ohio Indoor Performance Association Competition (OIPA) and the Mid East Performance Association Competition (MEPA). Youth from around the state and adjacent states will be competiting in the areas of winter guard and indoor drumline on 2 separate days with awards on both days. Both preforming arts showcase visualy and auditorialy astounding elements recgonizable from marching band contained in a gymnasium rather than a football field.
