Storytime Festival is a project of Circle of Arts - a not-for-profit artistic production organization based in California and founded in order to promote large-scale culturally significant multiple-genre events.

The purpose of this unique festival is:

* Expose its audience to the traditions of various cultures through a mixture of customs and artistic experiences
* Promote diversity and tolerance in the local community
* Provide artists with an opportunity to showcase their talents in an expansive, creative environment
* Recognize and support talented artists' achievements and creations
