Brian W. Wilkerson - Revolution Advisors
Brian Wilkerson is the Managing Director of Revolution Advisors, a strategy consulting firm that focuses on driving dramatic performance improvements. He is a deep specialist in driving innovative strategies and using cutting-edge planning techniques to help organizations secure their future. Mr. Wilkerson is an innovator and thought leader in the field of talent management and has led efforts across a range of clients in both domestic and international settings, with a particular emphasis on making strategy successful through the combination of operational excellence and human capital management. Some of his key clients have included Yamaha, Hasbro, Edison Mission Energy, MGM Mirage, Johns Manville, CH2M-Hill, the Us Army Vice Chief of Staff G-1, the Us Postal Service, and the Us General Services Administration, and a host of other global enterprises and government agencies, where he has worked with senior executive teams to help them develop new strategies and align their Human Capital management strategies. Mr. Wilkerson was one of the first innovators in the field of Talent Management, and created some of the first methodologies and tools for integrating processes such as performance management, succession planning, recruiting, workforce planning and others. He is also an Adjunct Faculty member at the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, where he teaches graduate level courses in Human Capital Management and Strategic Human Resources.
Brooke Page-Thompson - Revolution Advisors
Brooke Page-Thompson is a consultant at Revolution Advisors. She brings extensive experience with her in Human Capital process design and implementation, Change Management, Project management and Systems implementation strategies. Prior to joining Revolution Advisors, Ms. Page-Thompson was a functional HR partner for First Data Corporation, holding roles in high potential recruiting programs, onboarding and talent management process redesign. As part of this role, she helped to develop and lead a graduate rotation program, focusing on recruiting, retaining and establishing a pipeline for the top 10% and monitoring performance metrics. Ms. Page-Thompson was then a Talent Management Consultant for HR systems and project manager for implementations at WisdomNet, a company later acquired by Watson Wyatt (now known as Towers Watson). Her time at WisdomNet and Towers Watson was spent as the Talent Management Consulting and Implementation manager where she led global implementations with Towers Watson for Integrated Talent Management Systems. In this role she and her team focused on business process redesign, process fit with technology and overall project implementation tasks. She then went on to lead a team of Product Consultants in the Talent Management and Talent Acquisition (including Workforce Planning) space, at Peoplefluent, focusing on software sales that catered to true Talent Management needs. Her ability to consult clients through the sales process proved gained efficiencies in partnership, client satisfaction and trust.

Caley /Fiddlers Green Circle, go through the stop light heading east (do Not take a left into the Tuscany Plaza drive way at the light). After the stoplight about 100 yards, take a left U-turn at the first median and then turn right immediately into the parking garage driveway east of the structure.
Parking is on the top level of the parking garage next to the building. Please do Not park in the ground floor area marked Visitors Parking—this has a two hour limit. Instead, g o to the East side of the garage (closest to I-25), enter the code 1111# to open the gate. Please park on the top level.
Parking to Conference Room Take the elevator to the bottom of parking structure, Exit the parking structure and walk across to the building. when you walk up the steps, go in the left door/ East Side. Stay on first floor and go down hallway to room 118.
