This is a shallow water exercise class of medium intensity, with no swimming skills needed. The class uses the properties of water resistance to tone and strengthen the body. There is a period of warm-up followed by 20 minutes of aerobic activities and a cool-down. Routines vary each day.

In the… Show more event Forest Hills Public Schools are delayed or closed due to inclement weather, this class will not meet on that given day. Students may make the class up in any one of our other water exercise classes.
