CHEEROBIX is a combination of simple pom routines and high-intensity dance moves, guaranteed to put a smile on your face and give you a full-body workout all at the same time!

No previous cheer experience required! Â
All adults and teens (ages 15+) are welcome!!
Attire : Make sure to wear supportive athletic shoes and bring a water bottle ! Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and feel free to show some school spirit, throw on some knee high socks and shorts, or pull on a cheer skirt! Scrunchi's, hair ribbons, leg warmers, sweat bands... have fun with it!
