VISIONS OF SUGARPLUMS is an American ballet set in New York City in the 1940’s during World War II. Vonder Haar Center for the Performing Arts’ production is a charming holiday ballet appropriate for the entire family, complete with dancing snowmen and gingerbread. It joyfully celebrates the true spirit of Christmas. This original story tells the tale of young Jane and her Mother as they celebrate the holidays while Dad is off at war.
