On Monday, February 27, MonteCedro, a new planned Episcopal Communities & Services(ECS) Continuing Care Retirement Community in Altadena, is offering San Gabriel Valley residents the opportunity to train with Maestro and founder of Conductorcise®, David Dworkin.
Conductorcise® combines classical music with an upper body workout to strengthen the heart, improve muscle tone and relieve stress.
