Instructed by Carl Bringenburg. Core-strength exercises strengthen your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles, and the muscles around the pelvis. This workshop will focus on core strengthening for thirty minutes and finish with a thirty minute workout of yoga stretches.
