The team are not only inspired by Scottish produce though, but by high end cookery techniques pioneered in the culinary capital itself, Paris, with a strong nod to the French throughout, bringing refinement to the rustic and beauty to the basics. For a restaurant where the food is the focus it's fitting that Cali Bruich have eschewed the idea of over-adornment, keeping their dining room sophisticatedly simple.
