Culinary techniques are masterful and inventive. A unique charcoal pit recreates the tastes and aromas of a barbeque indoors, utilising live flames and intense heat to seal in flavour and moisture. If an aquatic feast is the order of the day, select your own lobster from a feature lobster tank and see it transformed into a mouth-watering delicacy.
For alternative choices, a fresh fish display sets out the best of the day's catch in true market fashion; nothing to conceal but good honest quality. 'the GRILL on the ALLEY' exudes all things classically refined. Wines and Champagnes are sourced from the best vineyards and spirits are sourced from across the world. No attention has been spared in the compilation of the menus.

After hearing it was one of the best places to go for steaks on the radio, we had to visit and we were not let down, succulent and most tender cut of fillet was had. Superb.
Looking through the menu, my tastebuds tempted to order several dishes. Can't wait to back as I must exprience the "Wagyu" kobe fillet which is rared on beer and massaged from birth apparently named the "Daddy" of all steaks.
