The Lyons Den

Snuggled along the south of Lake Winnipesaukeee, The Lyons' Den brings many services to the community and visiting tourists. Owners Roland and Lauren Lyons took over the Tavern in January, 2006 and after 17 months of operation customers are raving about the variety of foods, from a full lunch menu to tantalzing dinner selections to a dessert menu that's hard to pass up.The success of The Lyons' Den is dependent in no small way on the Well-balanced Management of the restaurant. With more than 20 years of culinary experience, including working as chef in two local country clubs, Roland is the Chef while Lauren Utilizes her business background to market and manage the business.
