The Black Crowes
The Black Crowes Remove performer from this event
At the time of their 1990 debut, the kind of rock & roll the Black Crowes specialize in was out of style. Only Guns N' Roses came close to approximating a vintage Stones-style raunch, but they were too angry and jagged to pull it off completely.
Kid Dynamite
Kid Dynamite Remove performer from this event
Philadelphia emo quartet Kid Dynamite was formed in 1997 by ex-Lifetime guitarist Dan Yemin, who recruited bassist Steve Ferrel and drummer/fellow Lifetime co-founder David Wagenschutz for regular practice sessions which in time yielded a vocal-free demo cassette.
Lurrie Bell

Lurrie Bell was born on December 13, 1958, in Chicago. His famous father, harpist Carey Bell, had him working out on guitar as a wee lad. By 1977, he was recording with his dad and playing behind a variety of established stars, tabbed by many observers at the time as a sure star on the rise.
Jakob Dylan

Being the son of one of the most influential, innovative, eccentric, and unique songwriters in the history of Western pop music probably opened some doors for Jakob Dylan when he started his own musical career, but being Bob Dylan's son was just as likely a heavy load to carry as...

Eating Crowe

The vibe was just not there. I'm sure Ed and Marc are glad to know that the Crowes are seriously hurting without them. Neither Chris or Rich seemed "on". Luther's guitar solos just were not good friends. I've seen this band all over the country over the last 20 years almost and never have been let down until towards the end of last year for the first time. I gave them one more chance & regret it. I heard a lot of people saying stuff like "they should bring back Marc" I would hate to see that with his solo/producing career really starting to blossom like it is. Believe me, the Crowes are missing that old chemistry. Sorry guys.
