Celebrating Women: An Evening with Lisa Whelchel

Celebrate women and help support the The House of Peace & Education's mission to empower underserved women and children by attending Celebrating Women: An Evening with Lisa Whelchel.
We are pleased to announce that we will be honoring two local women who have made a difference in the Greater Gardner community: Alberta Bell, publisher of The Gardner News, and Paula D'Entremont . Our keynote speaker will be Lisa Whelchel, actress, author, and speaker, best known to many of us as "Blair" on 80s TV show,… Show more The Facts of Life, and current competitor on Survivor: Phillipines . She is an inspiration to mothers and women world wide as she spreads her message of overcoming obstacles, staying true to self, and surviving transition.
Additionally, HOPE is proud to feature special guest, Youtube sensation, Michael Buckley. He has been seen on Live with Kelly, where he co-hosted with Kelly Ripa, and can be seen on ConnecTV several times a week.
The gala includes a cocktail hour with scrumptious hors d'oeuvres, cash bar, dessert buffet, and more! If you attended last year's event, you know what a lovely event this is. If not, you are in for a surprise! Not only will you have a good time, but you will be supporting HOPE's work empowering underserved women and children.
All proceeds of Celebrating Women: An Evening with Lisa Whelchel from ticket sales and sponsorships will support HOPE's work with women and children in Central Massachusetts.
