Developing these connections can be especially challenging for pastors. As people who are always giving, serving and helping, pastors often feel the need for friendships with other pastors who can identify with the unique pressures, pains, joys and rewards of ministry. This vision developed as a result of the long-term relationship and felt-need of several pastors nationwide. The goal of this fellowship is to provide pastors with practical leadership and ministry resources as well as relationship-building opportunities.
Our 2013 annual gathering will be held at Church of the Redeemer in Gaithersburg, Maryland on May 20-22, 2013.
