The Community of Gainesville’s VDAY campaign, in partnership with One Billion Rising, are sponsoring a benefit production of The Vagina Monologues to raise funds for Peaceful Paths, a local domestic abuse shelter and advocacy center. The award-winning play is based on V-Day Founder/playwright Eve Ensler's interviews with over 200 women. With humor and grace the piece celebrates women's sexuality and strength. Through this play, countless women have taken control of their bodies and their lives.
