Depth of Field: Museum Specimens Up Close

This new exhibit showcases objects from the Museum’s collection through photographs captured with an advanced imaging system that combines a high-resolution microscope and 21 megapixel digital camera. The camera is being used to digitally catalog the Museum’s collections, allowing people around the world to view the specimens and artifacts in a virtual world.
