Alachua County Veterans Memorial

This county park is located off Tower Road.
The park has a number of flags honoring veterans and those who are serving in every branch of the military and local veterans organizations. There is an "A Walk Through Time" Veterans Memorial built as a time line of U.S. military history. The park dedicated to veterans of all wars, this memorial also lists the names of the fallen veterans of Alachua County.
There are recreation fields, exercise paths, and shaded areas for family get-togethers.
The park is regularly used for local sports teams and the Annual Veterans Day Celebration.
