Formerly the Titan Field, it was renamed in 2000 to honor benefactors Jerry and Merilyn Goodwin.
The stadium is home to the Cal State Fullerton baseball team, the Orange County Flyers and a host of community events.
It has seating capacity for 3,500 and hosts an on-site clubhouse with locker rooms, coaches offices, an entertainment area and VIP view seating.
