Health Care Reform Update

Brandie Gasper will walk you through employer-sponsored health plans and what actions employers need to take to comply with health care reform. The presentation will discuss health care reform updates, with a focus on the employer mandate, including new guidance on: identifying which employers are subject to the employer mandate; what constitutes “affordable” coverage to avoid a penalty; and whether you must offer coverage to part-time, seasonal, or temporary employees.
