Exploding the Image: Gunpowder Prints of Robert Weibel

Robert Weibel is a figurative artist and print maker who for several years has been developing the creation of images by igniting gunpowder on paper aond other surfaces. His first solo exhibition of images from this unique process of artistic creation will be on display during November 2009 at Gallery 25, 660 Van Ness Ave. Fresno, CA. 93721. At the artists reception 11/08/09 1-4pm and again 11/27/09 Weibel will discuss this dangerous and unusual process of making art.
