2012 "Beef A King Fit" Challenge

What is it? The Beef A King Fit Challenge is a compilation of workouts inspired by the CrossFit Games. We are testing work capacity and skills in order to find the fittest, most well-rounded local athletes! We Will test your Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibilty, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
