The Factory at Franklin: The Viking Store

In this high-energy workshop, students make homemade pasta dough from scratch. Then, using a few simple techniques, students roll, shape and cook the pasta with assorted sauces. At the end of class, we'll throw down a red-and-white checkered tablecloth, play some Pavarotti and enjoy our lavish Italian feast. Too much fun to miss!
All pricing is Per Person with No Exceptions. Every child
