Showcase Cinema De Lux-Patriot Place

Loved the idea of a Cinema De Lux, so what make this different from the regular Cinema? The price and quality service. The price was fine but you want good service, I thought the service sucked. The nice leather seats have a button you press for a waiter to go to you and assist you with your food order. I pressed the button once, I waited for 15 minutes, then I pressed it again, 10 minutes later a waiter came over to take my order. I asked why did I have to wait so long for service, she told me they just turned on the button. You would think the button should have been turned on when the doors opened to allow people in to view the move. My wife did not like the seats so we moved 4 seats over, again I pressed the button to order a drink. 17 minutes nothing, I press the button again, 5 minutes later a young woman came over to take our order, I asked her what was the problem this time, she said the waiter for that section had to find her. I have to say I was not happy with the service. I think if the nich is "Dine while you enjoy a move, we will serve you" one would think the servers would be on point and you would not have to wait no longer than 10 minutes for a waiter to go to you and ask "may I take you order" I give the service on a scale of 1 to 10, (10 being highest level of service) a 4.5
